Wednesdays this month, the #LibrariesofInstagram have been participating in #RainbowsInTheLibrary, featuring rainbows and colorful materials found in collection materials.

Today on the HagleyVault Instagram, we posted the cover of this Pantone color specifier catalog, but the pages are so lovely that we wanted to post some of them here. The catalog, which was published in 1969, was targeted towards designers and decorators. Judging by the amount of olive and orange tiles that are torn out of our copy, we think its previous owner used it primarily in the 1970′s.
